Life at 60, 70 and beyond need not be monotonous and dull, and during the Active Ageing Festival, the Council for Third Age will showcase a variety of activities that seniors can undertake to enjoy more active and fulfilling lives.
Why active ageing?
"Active" connotes participation and movement. It conveys the image of being energetic, functioning and involved. Active Ageing simply means that as we grow older, we can maintain a vibrant, enriching life by making the most of opportunities to grow and stay connected.
