Nominees need to be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents aged 60 and above as of
1 January 2009

Nominators can be family members, friends, neighbours or organisations. Self-nomination is NOT accepted

Nominations must be duly completed on the official nomination form

Incomplete entries will not be accepted

Council for Third Age reserves the right to verify all the information supplied and / or to request for supporting documents where necessary

The closing date for all submissions is Monday, 17 August 2009. Late entries will not be accepted

All submitted nominations are the property of Council for Third Age. Materials submitted will NOT be returned to nominators/ nominees. Nominators/ nominees are advised not to submit original documents in their nominations

The decisions of the Selection Panel will be final and binding

Winners must be willing to be interviewed, photographed, make public appearances or undertake other activities for publicity or outreach purposes as spokespersons for active ageing for Council for Third Age

* Should there be more than one nominator for the winning nominee, the nominator prize will be shared among the nominators.
