FACTSHEET: ACTIVE AGERS AWARDS
Active Agers of the Year
The Active Agers Awards, which replaces Senior Citizens' Awards, is created to recognise and honour seniors aged 60 years or above who have a zest for life and who embrace the lifestyle of active ageing. They work, volunteer, look after grandchildren, study or play, and continue to grow in the different aspects of their lives, and want to share their life experiences with others as ambassadors for active ageing and active living
How to nominate The Council hopes to find everyday people who epitomise Active Agers to serve as accessible role models for the man-in-the-street. Members of the public who know someone who fits into the active ager description can put in their nominations. Nomination forms are available at C3A office, as well as online at www.activeageingfestival.com.sg/awards
For enquiries, members of the public can email awards@activeageingfestival.com.sg or call C3A at 6358 0333 to obtain a copy of the nomination form.
