Description of Elementary Obstacle Course Elements:

Broken Bridge:
A challenging rope element, participants have to step on a wobbly and unsteady bridge without any hand lines for assistance. Besides physically demanding, it also challenges the mental state of the participants, i.e. maintains one’s inner balance & focus, as well as builds one’s determination.

Swinging Planks:
Participants have to move from one swinging plank to another to cross to the other side. Each plank swings independent from the other which makes this the most challenging element to overcome. Help builds concentration, flexibility and also allow the practice of shifting body weight from one foot to another without losing balance.

Burma Bridge:
A simple bridge made up of three ropes consisting one foot line & two hand lines that makes for a fun way of crossing rivers and valleys. A good introductory rope element to build confidence, overcome fear of height and maintain body balance.

Double Multi Vine:
Participants have to walk on two steel cables and use the hanging vines for balance while crossing over. Good for training one’s balancing skills and body coordination.
